The weather here has been absolutely fantastic and I just could not stand it anymore and took an extended lunch "hour."

Light traffic is pretty much the norm and is not a problem.

Deer was less than a foot from the road. Across the road about 15 yards in a ditch was another one. I have about 2-3 more days on this road before the stench will be too much.

Nice little road, but loaded with four ankle-biters that like to give chase.

Naaaaaah...

You know that it's more like 95 degrees with 80-90 percent humidity with a heat index in the area of 110. I cannot wait to lose about 5-10 pounds on a ride only to have it come back once I drink about a gallon of water.

Re:

Yeah, here in Augusta, the humidity and hot air get trapped and it's like a freaking sauna. You almost want to take July and August off the bike. It's kinda like our winter time compared to the North taking time off because it's too cold, we stop riding because it's just too darn humid and hot. I could take the heat, it's just the humidity that kills me.
