I purchased a set of these wheels recently and I am running 10 speed. The rear wheel came with a spacer to use if your running 10 speed so my question is do I use this spacer and the spacer that comes with the cassette or just the spacer that came with the wheel?

Use both the spacer that comes with the wheelset and the one that comes with the cassette.

If you can tighten the lockring with the 1mm spacer off then you don't need it... else you do.

Just to be clear, the lockring must tighten against the cogs... not the freehub.
