Hi. Do you know an easy way to have an answer from Specialized about a product (in particular the Allez E5 OSBB frame). I wrote a dozen of emails to different adresses (including Facebook) asking for any news about the availability of the frame in the Uk, but no one answer at all.

Another option is to try their twitter feed @iamspecialized

It might take them a few days to respond, but for the most part as long as it's a good question, they'll respond.

Companies like Specialized have dealers and distributors so that they can answer questions. Why should they pay 3 or 4 people to answer questions from sodding wallies that could have been answered by the local dealer or the national distributor?
