Hi,
I own a Specialized Roubaix SL4 S-WORKS 2013 new frame.

It's looks like the carbon dropout is misaligned, which cause the hanger and the rear derailleur to be misaligned too.
The gear shifting is horrible.

Did someone else face the same issue?
Please advice.

I highly doubt the dropout is the cause of your problem...Now a bent hanger may be the issue...

Take it back to your LBS and have them look at it. A bent hanger is no biggie. They have a tool to measure and adjust it.

I have already been there.
The measurment is bad with more then one new hanger.

My hanger is fix when set on other bike.

There are tools to check the dropout alignment. Did they do that or just check the hanger? What did they tell you when the new hanger didn't line up?

I'm having this issue since my SL3 2011 S-WORKS frames.
On the SL3 frames I did have a dropout check by Park Tool FFG-2 Frame-Fork Alignment Gauge, the results where NOT good.
That is why I have got the SL4.

I don't think there is anything you or your shop can do to fix this, it would be up to Specialized to do the repair or replace your frame. Your shop should be able to advise you and I would assume this is under warranty if you are the original owner. Good luck.
