A few years ago, in the world of 9spd shimano, I used sram chains all the time on shimano DA drivetrain - shifting was smoother, the chains lasted longer, and as a bonus they came with a superlink.

How is it with 10spd, what is the performance of sram chains on 7800 (or 6600) drivetrain ? OK, a chain is not very expensive, maybe I should just get one and try myself.

they work fine, but they're generally more expensive than shimano chains, right? they do last longer, in my experience, and the link is nice.

Agree with CX - they will work fine and definitely last longer.

You may want to consider KMC chains they have good wear and perform very well. Also lighter.
