Well, I saw the "Will you make the leap?" teaser ad on the inside cover of VeloNews, and I was sucked in. "What the heck is this for?" I wondered. A little detective work with the WHOIS domain name database shows that willyoumaketheleap.com, indeed, belongs to SRAM.

Okay, so was anyone else frustrated by this? I really hate teaser ads, because I'm such a sucker for them. :)

Now if they can just make it
competitively

compatability?

I know SRAM mtb componentry has the 1:1 ratio which is less finicky, but how about compatability between Shitmano and Campy w/ the road stuff? Aceman

My understanding is that the SRAM shifters will not be compatible with Campy or Shimano derailleurs. Based on the 2007 tech spec below, the shifters will work with 10-speed Shimano chains and cassettes, though.
