I'm installing a Shimano 105 12-25 cassette onto SRAM S60 wheels, will i need a spacer with it or not? Thanks.

Install the cassette & torque the lock ring. If the cogs are tight & don't rub the hub & spokes then you are good. If not, you'll need a spacer
