Thanks to tips from a few folks here and a few hours, bucks & beers I now have my SS done. About 120 bucks for the bike, a 9 speed wheelset, tires & misc parts bought from friends and the lbs. I've only taken it on a couple of short rides around the neighborhood. I can already tell I'm going to like my commutes.

Great job... Those Centurions make great SS/Fixed bikes. They are great looking bikes with cool retro paint....
