Oh, maybe 45 miles or so.. we can always tack on more on the way back in...

Pretty good ride. Because of my lousy shape, I came off after an hour. A group of us rode back at a little easier pace. I need to get a lot more miles. My average HR. for the ride was high zone 3. That's not good.
I ended up with 45 miles. I hope to do another 45 tomorrow.
