Two part question:
I just got a System Six eBay deal and I'm totally psyched to be back on a Cannondale road bike. Well, any eBayer will tell you that you get what you pay for, and for me, that means a less expensive bike I need to dial in.

Anyway, back to my question.. without pulling out the slide rule, plumb bob and a licensed physiologist, what is a quick rule of thumb for selecting a stem? I've heard something about being able to see the front hub when resting in the drops.

Secondly, since this is the Cannondale forum meeting place, does anyone out there have a system six stem laying around to sell in the 100mm/neutral range? I have a 130/negative . anyone want to trade?

Thanks
