Anyone done this 540km ride with 4304 m of climbing?Profile here

Fastest time last year was a little over 13 hours- though many people took closer to 20.

Anyone ever ridden in it? Actually, over a thousand people finish each year... but it seems insane.

I did a few years ago. 400km in rain, and alot up and down, but nothing steep.
The biggest difficulty is the length of it, 540 km takes many hours, I used 21H 40 min.
service is good, plenty to drink and eat at the stops.
The only thing was it took me a year, before i ate bananas again.
The 13 hours guys, are a club, that includes service cars etc, and they don't stop before the finish line. I met some of them, they are some tough old geezers. remember their average speed was + 41 Km/h .

I was wondering how supported it was, considering how it costs half a fortune like about $250US... that should include bike transportation, a ride back home, and lodging.

And maybe a post-ride massage by a naked Norweigen hottie, or a coed sauna party.
