I've been doing a little off-season weightlifting this winter (squats, cleans...you name it), and I'm one of these guys who is always looking for a new angle. Maybe one of you can help me with the following:

I'm trying to deepen my "core strength" and I understand that the Swiss Ball (aka "Strengtth Ball" or "Exercise Ball") is an excellent way to work the trunk.

Can anyone recommend the best book, Website and video on the subject?
