Tan line solutions?? Gloves and shirts/jerseys??

I'm sure many of us deal with this issue.. Nothing is worse than my glove tan lines.. Its something I cannot hide.. I look stupid with white hands and tan arms.. lol

That being said.. Are there any gloves or Jerseys that "allow" UV light to pass through?

I know that they make bathing suits that allow you to tan through them.. (Mostly for girls and no, they are not see through)

Anything?

THANKS

20 years of cycling, I've never worn gloves... Problem solved
I take pride in my glove tan lines. Problem solved.

The helmet vent tan pattern on my bald head is another matter.
Between cycling and diving, I just stopped caring about goofy tan lines.

Except for when you take off your pants and a girl starts laughing......happened to me once. Thank god she was laughing at my tan lines.
Dual purpose -> use sun screen. Prevents the lines and skin cancer.

edit on my stupid mistake: sun screen not lotion!

I was reading that sun tan lotion doesn't decrease the chances of getting skin cancer. Not sure how true it was.
I wear sleeveless jerseys whenever I can, it avoids the really dorky looking tan lines on the arms. Gotta wear gloves, I'd rather have tan lines than remove skin in a crash. As for legs, regular shorts got that covered.
that's interesting as I thought that was the main purpose of the stuff.

I thought it was to prevent burns, which it does.
PRIDE!

In the 1970's tan lines were considered attractive.

Yea I always thought it was to just PREVENT sunburns, not prevent skin cancer. I don't know. Meh lol
Hit the tanning booth.

yep, can't wait for the questions at work about that after a couple long weekend rides in the sun.
Tan lines should be a source of pride, not shame. Wearing sleeveless jerseys? - the cure is worse than the disease...
squareslinky said sun tan lotion. Maybe he meant sun screen. They're 2 different products. I'm not at all sure sun tan lotion is an effective product to help prevent skin cancers. Dermatologists universally say to use sun screen, the higher # the better. I usually wear 50.

Yea, the extra patch of tan skin will eventually end up killing you
