Anyone have any pictures showing how to tape up the cavity in the back of an LG Rocket helmet?

I have a Rocket, but I'm not sure what "cavity" you're referring to.

No pics, but I've seen one filled with foam. It looked like the stuff you use for flower arrangements (err, I mean the stuff your gramma uses for flower arrangements) that had been shaped to fit the cavity and then glued in place.

I can't imagine being dq'd for tape on your helmet (or glued foam inserts). Never would happen in a road event.

What I want to know though is besides taping the "bottom" of the cavity, is it necessary to block of the space that's parallel to my skull (i.e. perpendicular to the tape that covers the bottom of the cavity)?
