Aljeandro recieved a 10 second time penalty for drafting off the rider in front of him but no fine. I think Alji was sitting behind the rider for a while but Floyd probably blew right by his guy but it's amazing a 6 day race could see something like that affect it. "
Interesting. didn't receive the customary 10sec penalty. Wonder how that would have changed the overall GC...
Let's hope that Wells's rationalization is the correct one.
