I am new to cycling and have neglected to build my emergency kit. When I was at a local trail today and blew a tube, there was no shortage of people who offered help. The first two folks to offer a tube both did not have the correct size but were more than willing to offer what they had. The third supplied a tube and offered their co2 but I was at the car and had the big pump with me. Thanks for the tube Greg!

Since I likely won't see Greg again, I will thank the folks here for being a part of a genuinely kind and helpful community. My emergency kit now includes two tubes and two co2 cartridges so I can at least pay it forward since I can't pay it back.

Glad to hear it worked out. I usually carry two tubes and patch kit, but also a five in case I need to take someone else's tube for whatever reason.
