I would get their newer model, xpresso. Probikekit in the UK has very low prices on these - you can get the xpresso 6 for $100. It's lighter than the rxs carbon. The rxs carbon is a good pedal, but one thing with Time is that unless you buy their top pedal, the weight differences among their other models isn't that much despite price differences.

Excellent advice on the weight differences, the carbon RXS pedal is about 2 or 3 grams lighter than the non-carbon. I like RXS pedals a lot but all the recent ones I've bought were RXS first pedals for under $50 for the set. The price listed for the carbon pedals is not really a good price either, I've bought them for $80 on sale.
