I'm sure it's very specially modified but still to take it apart and put it back together in < 4 minutes is impressive. Changing a plug in a modern car would probably take twice as long.

When I worked for Honda, I could yank an engine in a Civic in about 35-45 mins

a sad state of affairs if you have to do that to change spark plugs......

Spark plugs on a Honda 4 cyl. take 10 mins. They are right on top. A V6 is 20 mins.

just kidding never worked on any Honda....but there are engines out there that you actually have to loosen motor mounts and jack the engine up a tad to get a plug out or so I've been told

I think that that was a mid 80's Mustang V6, and some V6 Chevy.
The Mustang, for sure....Loosen passenger side motor mount. Place plywood on scissors jack under oil pan, and raise engine 2 to 3 inches.

sounds to me like some engineer should have been beaten senseless for that one.....

The coolest part is they did it without power tools.
