105, DT shifters...probably not that much. $125-ish maybe...

I have an Allez Epic (1992?, the graphics are yellow) with full DA8 STI. it's a backup/indoor ride now, but it still gets 500+ miles a year put on it.

I've heard all the horror stories about the frames failing, but the majority of those seem to have been the first iterations of the frame. even with 40+K miles on it, it doesn't scare me to do 45 mph descents on mine.

A few of the parts look generic and heavy (seatpost, stem). If you are after cash, part it out. If it isn't worth the hassle, then a rain bike.

I see a bike similar to that for sale here on Craigslist every few weeks. The owner has been trying to sell it for $300, and he's had it for sale for about a year. So I would think quite a bit less.
