Hey there!

I have an issue with a newly acquired Cannondale T800. The bike is a left over and I have an issue with Fork movement when braking. I'm reasonably confident the the bike was assembled correctly since it came from a shop. This is however my first threadless headset.

I'm thinking it is an adjustment after swapping out the stem.

I check the good old Park website and maybe I did things in the wrong order. When reassembling the Stem on the fork which is tightened first the Center cap or the stem bolts?

I fear I may have done this is the wrong sequence.

Thanks

Jim
