sorry for sounding stupid here but the new rules on tire width will not change the current usa cycling rules related to masters races 1/2 will they? Ive always used 34s and now that the rule says 33 will it be adopted here or will it even matter and will i have to change out to 32s? thoughts.

Nope, no change. I'm a 1 master and all I have is two sets of 34's. Only time I see it being enforced this year is at the bigger UCI events in the elites.

Does that count if you're doing a UCI sanctioned race, but the actually race is not? I don't think it is. It's a cat four race. Here's a link to it:

Nope only applies if you are racing Elites or Juniors at a UCI event.
