I am purchasing a new set of wheels to replace my mavic kysriums. need a set to put a power tap sl in.
i can purchase a set of used zipp 404 w/p-tap or new nimble spider w/p-tap new, both would be the same cost, $1500. the nimbles would weigh less, 1500 g (which includes the p-tap), not sure of the weight of the 404's, but i estimate 1900g for everything.
is a 400-450g weight difference worth the aero effeciency (assuming the zioos are more aero than the nimbles?)
or, should i just get the p-tap and use it with my mavics (is that even an option?)
i would like to both race and train on the wheels i choose.
