I bought my frame and various components from them years ago (2003), so at least I can vouch for them being around awhile. Back then they had some of the best prices on LOOK frames and other components. It also didn't hurt that the dollar was so strong back then. The whole process was great. I spoke directly to Mike (who was the owner) on the phone to place my order since (back then) the website was a bit more basic and this was a very large purchase for me. Everything arrived well packaged and prompt. My experience was nothing but positive...but it was awhile ago. To this day I felt like my LOOK purchase was a steal compared to US prices. I saved a ton of money.

I just ordered some Campag parts with a friend, and received the items within days. They also respond to email queries and they inform of delays (and even adjust your order if you like). I recommend them!

Me too, all of the above. I'm fix-in to order some Condinental Grand Prix 4000 Tyres from them this eveing. Hey, on another note; is it me, or do the prices on Condi's seem a bit high lately?
