Tour Companies for Gran Fondos in Europe

Anyone know of or have any experience with tour/travel companies that handle the logistics (lodging, food, mechanics) for Gran Fondos in Europe or the UK? Looking at Sport Tours International and One More Ride right now but am looking for other options. Thanks!
