My buddy has a 2006 Allez he just picked up that was never ridden with the Mavics on it. He's looking to flip the bike so he asked if I would be interested in the wheelset then he can sell the bike with the rs10s. Is it worth the $100 to do this swap? I know the equivalent to that wheelset sells for decent money from my LBS but I'm not sure how much better they will be. The other option is to buy the bike off him for $450, switch the rims, then sell it myself but I'm not sure I want to do that. Would you jump on those wheels or wait for a better deal to come along?
Trade rs10 for Ksyrium race +$100?
