I have just recently gotten "into" riding a road bike, regularly. Regularly for me is 150-200 miles a month with my travel...though that is increasing. I see alot of training with the bike questions, but does anyone here go to a gym as well? I have always been all-around fit, but I was looking for specific advice re: lower body/core workouts that would strengthen my cycling. I'll take book recs as well. Thanks in advance!
