Is it possible to use Power torque Pressfit bearings on a Veloce Power torque crankset ?

Welcome.

Ultra Torque and Power Torque are two different systems.

The correct name for the inserts for PT is "Power Torque Integrated Cups" see here: Campagnolo Power Torque Integrated Cups, Bottom Brackets, BOTTOM BRACKETS

If you have a BB30 frame use the 42mm. If you have a PF30 frame use the 46mm.
