Does anyone use Under Armor ColdGear gloves? I have a pair of full-finger PI Gel Lite gloves but they are not very warm around 40 degrees. I just purchased a ColdGear mock turtleneck that I will use for the first time this weekend. I was just wondering if the gloves are warm? I do not know if they have padding. I know that a lot of football players use them. Thanks.

gloves not for cycling...

I am UA's biggest fan. i have hundreds of dollars of UA clothing, it's great stuff. The coldgear gloves are made for football specific. The term "coldgear glove" has to be held in context to a football player...they want thin gloves with some cold protection. They are not good for cycling because they are vented in certain areas, which is what a football wide receiver wants...for cycling they may be good to 58 degrees, that's it. I have a pair, an they are very comfortable, but 58-55 is the max range. You can use them underneath a mitten and they work great to vent any sweating.
