I was talking 2012 Supersix (non high mod) with LBS and asked if they get many carbon crack warranty claims. The response was the 2012 Us made version has a problem with cracks on stays.

Anyone else have info?

Easy! The last SuperSix made in the US were 2009 models... So if it's a 2012, it is not made in the US. There has not been much problems with the SuperSix since the 2010 redesign, but even older SuperSix models weren't problematic to the point that people should be concerned.
