Yes, it works very well. My only concern is a sharp angle created by the cable where it comes out of the derailleur from the housing to the clamp bolt. I have used it many different bikes and have not seen any problems at all and they shift pretty damn well.

it works great!

in fact, it works better, imo, than the shimano shifters work with shimano derailluers. but then, i just prefer the campy shifters, for a number of reasons.
never used dura ace. but i've used shimano 600, ultegra and 105 shifters and derailleurs, and xt derailleurs with my road stuff, and i can honestly say that the hubbub fix and setup has given me better shifting than any of the straight shimano stuff i've used. you have to fiddle with it initially, but once its dialed in, it works great. i'd heartily recommend using that setup.
