You can order them at Velocity website or at most wheelbuilders in your area. I ordered my Deep V's from Wheelbuilder.com. Here's the link to their website:

There are others that are really good too but these are the guys I chose to build mine. Richard is a great guy to talk to. He taught me a lot about wheelbuilding when I was there getting a hub replacement.
