It is bolted to the down tube and the shifter cables run to it and then down to the bottom bracket. I am needing to order a pair for a downtube conversion to STI shifters. Please help..... Kind of a newb question I guess.

Last time I needed these I asked at my local shop and he dug a pair out of a bin and gave them to me.

ugh... that's way over-priced. I've seen new ones go for half of that on ebay along with the bottom-bracket guide, new cables, and even the little indicator thingy.
