What does DI2 upgrade cost and where?

A full Ultegra Di2 groupset can be bought locally for AU$1,500 so the upgrade kit may be a bit less.

As for installation, go to the Shimano website where you should find the relevant technical documentation. I suspect the hardest thing is selecting the correct cable length.

I'm just gonna say it looks like prices have gone up a little since 2013.... I just made a hefty downpayment at my LBS on parts to upgrade my SRFIVE to Di2. Having them configure everything is easily worth the labor charge.
I'm a little excited to get it installed, hopefully by the end of next week!

How much will it cost you? I managed to find an Ultegra 8150 12-speed Di2 set (sans crankset) on eBay for $2000. Then paid bike shop to install for a little over $300. Bought a 105 crankset for a little over $100. So all in all, around $2,450 all said and done.

I'm mixing some Ultegra and 105 components.
Current setup is 105 mechanical with disk brakes. We're keeping the existing disk brakes and crankset only.

We ordered 105 FD and RD, Ultegra shifters, Ultegra 11-30T 12 speed cassette, wires, battery, junction, etc. Installed it will be right around $2000....maybe +/- a little because I had them hold off on replacing the chain till all the parts came in and labor may be overestimated. Go in for a chain, come out with an empty wallet!
