I bought this reconditioned bike and I want to know what frame model
is this.

I found written on the bottom digits like 923 and HT.

I don't know, but I do know this, if that is paint on those tires; you are going to want to get that off of the tires before you go for a ride.

That water bottle would be easier to reach if you put the cage on the top of the down tube, or even if you moved it to the seat tube.

II don't know nuthin about what frame it is.

My main bottle always goes on the seat tube cause it is LONG!

That's not a reconditioned bike. I doubt you'll find any info on the frame. It's a generic made in china sold on ebay/alibaba bicycle for about $300.
Hope you didn't pay too much for it.

And yea... those TIRES are painted! And painted POORLY.
UGH!!!! What a shit job.
