I use Michelin PR2s and always run them at 120. (6-3, 185)

Best to inflate to the recomended psi listed on the sidewall. Says 116 on the PR2. I figure 120 is close enough.
The pressure listed on the side is the maximum, not the recommended. See the chart above for recommended. - TF

170 pound rider.

(1) 110 psi on the tubular road bike.

(2) 80 psi on the tubular road fixed gear (has bottomed out a few times but I like the ride better and rolling a tire is not an issue with the lax cornering angles of a fixed gear.)

how do the 25mm tires compare to the 23's?
The Conti 25mm GP4000 are a little bigger than the 23mm ones I mentioned. The ride is very nice and the comfort level is great. I use those on the commuter/rain bike.
I can run pressure a hair lower without pich flatting. I like the tires overall, excpet for the tread pattern. I prefer a bit more of a slick like the PRO3/Ultremo or the traditional treads on the Corsa CX lines.

But those GP4000 are hard to beat for overall hanadaling and comfort. These are not the Black Chili compund tires.

I am temepted though to try the 23mm version as everyday tires. But they do well on wetter road and road with a bit of gravel and debris.

Overall I would say they are VERY nice tires for clinchers.

My best rated clinchers are:

1a. Michelin Pro 3
1b. Schwalbe Ultremo
2. Vittoria Open Corsa CX
3. Conti GP4000
4. Veloflex Black
5. Schwalbe Stelvio Evo Pack
6. Pro 2
