I will see when it arrives with my new FW. But I wonder if the 4 prog will be spaced to match. I assume so right? I mean how far can they be off? I just need to get the OEM off. It' already grinding with 10 miles on it .

If you don't care about it, you can take it apart and remove it, says Sheldon Brown.

or an old two prong Suntour for that matter...or if you are desperate you can tack weld it so it no longer freewheels and take it off with a chain whip
