Hi I'm currently riding a 2006 Trek 1500 with bontrager select wheels and bontrager race lite tiress. Will I see a performance gain in upgrading these wheels? I'm looking to spend about $200. Right now I'm looking at Neuvation M28 Aero3. Thanks.

$200 won't be an "upgrade."

You'll go at least 5 mph faster and wimminz will throw their underpants at you.
That said, a spare wheelset is always a good idea.
If you are under 160 pounds, the Neuvations would make a nice everyday wheelset. If you weigh over 175, they could be your "special" wheelset.
