Watching TdF, and keep seeing the commercial for RoadID where Bob Roll ends by saying "Helmet, shoes, bazooka, RoadID, all set". So WTF is the bazooka?
oh man, I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree sometimes. I figured he was saying he brings bubble gum on rides.JustTooBig said:Bobke's tongue was planted firmly in his cheek when he said that.
nah, I've heard him reference the "need for a bazooka" before -- in reference to cars.StefanG said:yep, Bazooka gum.
He is definitely referring to the weapon, not the gum.JustTooBig said:nah, I've heard him reference the "need for a bazooka" before -- in reference to cars.
..and they're not going to drop the brand name of a random product in the middle of a commercial...
He could also mean one of these mounted like this.JustTooBig said:Bobke's tongue was planted firmly in his cheek when he said that.
A bazooka is a pretty effective anti-tank weapon. Would probably be equally effective against offending motorists.
