Looking for recommendations to build wheels on 28 holes Record hubs that I own.
I want something durable, not "ultra-light" maybe like 3 cross on DT rims or similar.
Where would I go (in south west CT) or send?

those sound sweet... 28h records are a bit of a rarity now... its a question of preference, but imho silver hubs need silver spokes and thus rims.... DT does a grey that would look quite good... other than that, good old silver OP rims should be the go...

how much to you weigh? i would personally opt for 3x dt comp on the DS, and 2 x revo everywhere else... nice trade off.... 28 spokes in the front is enough for most.

DT and Mavic make 28H rims. I got a set of Mavic Open Pros built onto my Campy Record 28H hubs last year.

I have 28 hole Record hubs with the Velocity OC Aerohead rims. The offset helps with the dish

i have a set built to a zipp 440 and a zipp 340 rim, they go ok, but for non race wheels i would build with open pros, or dts.
