He is a very respected builder. I most notable know him for his quality hub designs. He has some very appealing triplet laced hubs (double the amount of spokes DS vs NDS). Something worth checking out.

I'm seeing Troy pop up A LOT when it comes to wheel building ... can someone clue me in? I may be interested in getting a wheel or set, could someone point me in the right direction?
