When I began riding last August, my average cadence was 80-85.
Over the course of last fall, and now this spring-summer, I've seen my average cadence increase. I feel faster at higher cadences, and more specially, my quads hurt less.
Now, it's not unusual to look down and see 110+ and I was wondering if I'm doing a disservice to myself by spinning at such a high rate?
Hopefully, my power meter will be here shortly ( less than 2 weeks ), and I'm hoping I can use the software to see exactly what produces the most power efficiently.
What are your happy ranges for cadence?
