When I post, then hit the back button I get a message that I have to wait 30 sec. before posting another message. I didn't post another message. Sometimes the post doesn't "take" & when I try to hit the submit key it says duplicate post. I can go to the forum home page where all the posts are listed, open the one I just posted on & my post won't be there. I'll try to post again & I get a duplicate message. Tonight I logged on & opened a thread I had posted on yesterday. When I scrolled down there were no new posts & it indicated that I had just posted 1 minute ago when in reality, I had posted yesterday . Strange!

I have been having the same problem for the past week or so.
I get the "30 sec" warning every time I post a reply. The reply posts but I get the warning and at first I waited then posted only to see it become a double post.
Odd and annoying.
