This is probably as accurate as a treadmill guessing your calories burned, but it may get you in the ballpark of energy output.

Change the numbers to match your own, then hit the orange equals sign at the end of an entry.

^ That's what I got for a typical 3hr ride. I wonder how many Chipotle burritos that equals so I can pig out but always come out even?

Edit: I added a typical 5mph average wind and got a reading of 1,000cal added to that number.

I love playing with Wolfram|Alpha! It's fun to put in your name and see when it peaked in popularity, how many of your same name are out there, etc. It's a very cool idea.
