I ordered in Aug 2004....and was quoted a 33 month lead time. He currently is over 4 yerars.Allez Rouge said:According to his web site, a $400 non-refundable deposit gets you on the waiting list. Final price cannot be determined until he actually gets to your frame, due to the long lead time. He's currently delivering bikes ordered ~18 months ago at a base price of around $2800.

I sold a couple of Porshe full suspension bikes. I don't remember why we had them. I think we did a consignment for a Porshe dealer in San Francisco in the mid 90's. They were over-engineered hunks of....... very interesting looking though.Route 66 Domestiques said:When taking a hydration break on my Monday miles, a man asked me about
my bike; he said that he was in marketing/testing for Porsche and that Porsche
had once put its name on a line of bicycles. First I had heard of this. Any truth?
He seemed to be well versed on other topics.
"Buy a Porsche bicycle; get a Porsche 911S free." ???D@WS said:I sold a couple of Porshe full suspension bikes. I don't remember why we had them. Does this work for Ferrari as well? I'd love a free Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano if I went and bought a Colnago CF4:thumbsup:Route 66 Domestiques said:"Buy a Porsche bicycle; get a Porsche 911S free." ???
That promotion works for me.
Sure.. call me up and order a CF 4 and I'll let Ferrari know that you're interested in a car to match.kyler2001 said:Does this work for Ferrari as well? I'd love a free Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano if I went and bought a Colnago CF4:thumbsup:
The Porsche bicycle with the 911S thrown in is a verrry expensive ride.kyler2001 said:Does this work for Ferrari as well? I'd love a free Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano if I went and bought a Colnago CF4:thumbsup:
CF 4 = Colnago for Ferrari, 4th version.Route 66 Domestiques said:The Porsche bicycle with the 911S thrown in is a verrry expensive ride.
I would think the same would be true of a Ferrari bicycle with a Testarosa
thrown in. Purchase of a Colnago anything just won't cut it.
Your data on the Colnago-Ferrari connection is superior to mine;D@WS said:CF 4 = Colnago for Ferrari, 4th version.
Ferrari uses a reputable company to build their bikes.
(isn't the Hummer bike a Montague dept store bike?)
It's my job to know...Route 66 Domestiques said:Your data on the Colnago-Ferrari connection is superior to mine;
My question was: has the Porsche name ever been on a line of bicycles?D@WS said:It's my job to know...
I was originally responding to kyler2001.
How did we get from dream bikes to dream cars again???
