I was able to order replacement parts for my Husky floor pump a couple of years ago from Zefal USA at (888) 515-7867. However, I just tried the number and it's out of service.
You can try to submit a request to Zefal online using http://www.zefal.com/AAA/page.php?nom=contact&langue=an
Another other option is to find out if your LBS has current contact information for Zefal USA.
