This is a custom build with SRAM 900 hubs (100x12mm F, 142x12mm R). They are in outstanding condition with very few miles and only ridden in dry southern California. The rear hub has a SRAM XDR freehub and comes with the conversion spacer to use your choice of either XDR or XD cassette options. Rear hub has 52 points of engagement. Here’s a little known fact on the rims; they are fully laid up, molded and finished in Indianapolis at the Zipp factory.

Wheelset comes with Quarq TyreWiz tire pressure monitors. If you don’t want them, I’ll knock $75 off the price and replace the valves with standard tubeless valves. Comes with Schwalbe Thunderburt SnakeSkin tires (2.25” F, 2.1” R). The perfect fat gravel tire IMO, even though they run narrow for their marked size.

If you haven’t tried the single-wall Zipp XPLR/MOTO rim yet, I can tell you that the ride is vastly different from a traditional double wall rim. Much more comfortable over extra rough gravel roads and on singletrack. It really feels like having an inch of suspension at both ends of the bike. I really like these wheels, a lot! It hurts to sell them, but I don’t ride enough anymore to justify having them and my partner is asking me to liquidate some of my gear.

For singletrack lovers and Grinduro! fans, you’ll absolutely love these wheels!
