The 2006 rims are 44mm in height verses the 38 of the 2005. Carbon is very light material so while there won't be much of an increase in weight, I would think there would be a little more weight to the taller of the two rims.Rille76 said:Hi All,
What is the difference in the Zipp 303 from 2005 to 2006 model?
Is the difference so noticable that it is worth putting down a few hundred more for the new 2006 version?
Thanks all,
Rickard
The rims are also dimpled, like the rest of the Zipp rim family (minus the 202).Juanmoretime said:The 2006 rims are 44mm in height verses the 38 of the 2005.
