i'm thinking about possible ways to lighten up my bike, and the BB seems like a good place to lose close to 100 grams, cuz i suspect the bottom bracket i have now is rather heavy.
which bb is it? i can't seem to find it on the giant page.
cheers!

What year is your bike? My 2005 tcr1 came with a Truvativ Rouleur crankset with an external type bottom bracket. I have absolutely no desire to change this crank/BB. It's strong and light at only 815g with BB. You can find this crank for decent prices and it'll only cost you a little more than a sweet BB if you're currnetly using a splined BB.
