Does anyone out there have any experience with Workman Industrial bikes?? I have been thinking about getting one for some time. I am 230lbs and cheap bikes don't seem to last long with me. :blush2: I want something simple and tough to ride some of our desert roads. I like the baskets. Haul lots of water.

I haven't ridden one, but they look rock solid. The low gravity versions might be good for hauling alot of water.deserttoad64 said:
Um... don't buy cheap bikes. Plenty of 230lb guys ride tough trails and nasty desert roads on quality moutainbikes, and they hold up just fine.

Some of the cycles weigh 50 to 100 lbs. They are suppling parts for bikes sold in the 60's.
