I know it mostly depends on a lot of things. But let's just say the wind is calm and there are no hills to go up or down. About how fast do you think you could finish 4 miles in?

How many minutes would it take you to complete 4 miles?
I have a 4.25 mile loop around the house that I do to gauge fitness. It has one climb that takes maybe 3 minutes, and I manage it (on a real good day) in just under 13 minutes.
On my TT/Tri bike? Can I get off and throw up at the end of the 4 miles? Do I get a rolling start?

this was almost a half a minute under 8 for a 4 mile time for 120 miles
I workout on a FG on a flat 4.13 mile course.
When I was in good shape, I could do it in 14 minutes. Now at age 68 and 42x18 Gear, it takes me 15.5 minutes.
I think 'Father Time' still does it below 14...
